Donika Kelmendi was born on 03.06.1999 in the municipality of Peja in the village of Qyshk. Her family consists of 4 members. Donika’s father as the head of the family started working in agriculture with the cultivation of potatoes and watermelon to provide the family with survival conditions. In 2014 they started the business with traditional foods such as flia, mantia, pite and various which is still active today but more expanded since then, Donika is NEFP and has been supported with the amount of 2000 Euro by our organization for the purchase of material for business as apparatus for baking pies and flia, they currently have 5 workers from outside and from the family are 4 working together, their business is doing very well and they make the distribution of custom food throughout Kosovo, especially the municipality of Peja.
