Shkelzen is founder and CEO of EnterImpact and co-founder and Managing Director of YSB Balkans. He has 20+ years of experience in design and implementation of capacity building and support instruments for economic and business development in Western Balkan countries, including provision of advise practical training and coaching to local actors, entrepreneurs and MSMEs. He has served, for several years, as consultant and advisor on economic development policies and project design and implementation for several governmental and international development institutions in more than 15 different countries of the world, including in Western Balkans, Caucasus, Africa and Asia.
